Comments

-Follow-up inspection to March 01, 2019.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse temperature of 73C (twice) on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing). Continue to monitor the dishwasher and service/adjust as needed.

-Wine cooler in the front coffee area has been replaced with the previous under counter cooler. Food items were probed at 4C. Monitor cooler and adjust as needed.
-Spray bottles were properly labelled to identify their contents. Once labels fall off or fade, bottles must be relabelled.
-Did not observed any foods stored of the floor at the time of inspection.
-Middle upright freezer ice has been cleared and ice will be removed daily to allow for proper ice draining during defrost periods.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
