This inspection report was made off-site and a copy emailed to the owner. The observations and findings of the report were discussed with the store supervisor, store owner and staff member in charge at time of inspection: Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from previous routine inspection report ABAI-C3TM97. No floor plans were received to date and the hand sink has not been installed. Two compartment sink faucet still spraying water in direction and speed that cannot accommodate proper hand washing. Staff member in charge at time of inspection called the store supervisor at time of inspection. Telephone conversation with store supervisor and store owner at time of inspection. Correction order issued for outstanding critical violation code 401. Informed staff member in charge to give the owner to the owner.
