Corrective Action(s): - Remove countertop deep fryer from the premises. "No grease laden vapours" is a condition of your Operating Permit. Premises does not have adequate exhaust ventilation to accommodate deep fryer. Accumulation of grease due to grease laden vapours on surfaces around deep fryer are a sanitation concern. Deep fried food items are not approved menu items and not addressed in the Food Safety Plan.

- Operator has started to maintain temperature monitoring records for all refrigeration units. Maintain temperature monitoring records per your Food Safety Plan.
