Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CDDTGV was conducted: Issue that was causing grease dripping from the ventilation hood has been serviced. Cardboard boxes removed from the floor behind the grill. Heavy grease build up noted in the previous inspection behind the grill is cleaned. Monthly pest control in place. April report reviewed. Did not observed fly activities at this time. Back door was closed at this time. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns with this report.
