Routine Inspection Current approval consists of hair, facials, waxing, manicure and pedicures. Note: Approval to provide laser services has not been granted. Equipment for laser hair removal services is on-site but do not use until approval is obtained. Hair: -Clippercide available. -Barbicide available (see above). -Neck strips used. -Container for sharps disposle available. Nails: -Technician not on site at the time of inspection. -Appears that the drill bits may not be single use - old drill bit left on machine. Drills must are single use. Please discard after each client. -CS20 avalable but implements not fully submersed in solution. -Follow-up inspection required for nails. Waxing -Strips and sticks are single use. -Wax pot in clean condition. -Bed lined with single-use paper. Facials -Comedone extractors used. Follow-up inspection required when both owners are present.
