Follow up inspection conducted
Front prep cooler repaired and temperature of food products were at or less than 4C internally. Ambient air temperature underneath the inserts was also less than 4C.
Cleaning in the back kitchen has been complete.
Ice machine has been cleaned.
Cooling of food products in the walk-in cooler satisfactory. Ice cubes placed directly in food product as a supplementary method.
Food handler has enrolled in an up coming FOODSAFE Level 1 course. Ensure a valid photocopy of the certification is kept on-site.
