Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chicken strips were hot held at 45 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Chicken strips were discarded at time of inspection and new chicken strips were cooked.
Ensure to provide a timer for two hour limit. New hot holding unit has been ordered and to be installed in a few days.

Observation: Shelving unit in the back has been removed and back wall exposed. Also, corner area in the dining area wall has been exposed due to a plumbing leak.
Corrective Action(s): These two areas are being renovated and repaired. No work done during business hours.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (in buckets and spray bottle).
Walk-in freezer and upright freezers registered -20 deg C or colder.
Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C.
Other coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Display ice cream freezer was at or below -18 deg C.
Hot holding for beef patties, gravy, chilli was above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control in place.
Staff were wearing clean uniforms and hair nets.
Staff and public washrooms were in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Garbage disposal area was kept clean and picked up regularly.
Note: Handed out a reminder card for Food Safe 1 expiry.
