Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine interior has mold and mildew on the walls.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the interior of the ice machine is maintained in sanitary condition. Empty, clean and sanitize inside of ice machine.

2. Front standing beverage cooler not functional - Out of order and place next to rest-room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment and devices are functioning properly.
1. Repair cold water knob of handsink to allow for temperature control for proper hand washing.

2. Repair standing beverage cooler or remove from premise. 2 smaller beverage coolers have been brought in to replace standing cooler. Remove all equipment no longer in use or required for operation to allow for workable space and use.
