Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed mop and mop buckets stored next to a dough mixer. Food and food contact surfaces can be contaminated from splashes from the mop bucket. Storage of mop buckets and mops must be away from food in separate storage areas
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to move the mop and mop bucket to an area where no food are stored, away from food contact surfaces. Operator moved the bucket at the time of inspection.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Due to heat, operator had the back door open at the time of inspection. The screendoor was damaged and not in use. In order do prevent pests from entering, screen door must be used if the door is to be opened.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to repair the screendoor and have the back door closed until the screendoor is repaired. Operator closed the door at the time of inspection

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Observed accumulation of grease and food debris below cooking equipment, especially below fryer. Regular cleaning must be followed to maintain sanitary condition
2. Observed grease droplets on the edge of fan hood. Ducts and fan hoods must be cleaned regularly to remove overfilling of grease.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean the noted area. Regular and frequent cleaning must be conducted to maintain sanitary conditions.

High temperature dishwasher was not on at the time of inspection as they do not use the frequently. They mostly use three compartment sink.
