Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Noted staff washing equipment in 3 compartment using soap and water, item still had food on it after washing.
2. Found inserts stacked still wet.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Make sure to properly sanitize all items being washed. Remind all staff of proper manual washing procedures: wash, rinse, sanitize for 2 mins.
