Observation: 1. Large gap behind kitchen handsink back splash turning black
2. Hole around cables coming through the wall under kitchen sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces in kitchen are smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent.
1. Gap is too large for caulking, either fill in gap or install shield on back wall down to back splash to prevent water being trapped.
2. Hole should be filled in to prevent possible pest entry and to allow for cleaning. Seal hole/gap in wall.

-High temp dishwashing reached 72 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
-no sign of pests noted at the time of inspection. Back door closed.
