Corrective Action(s): Clean areas of the floor that are grimey (corners, side and underneath equipment) and plastic crates need to be soaked and washed properly to remove debris build up. Comments

Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured >100 ppm. Upright cooler was at 3.8 deg C. Freezers were at -18 deg C. Temperature log for coolers were available. Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Hot holding for rice was at >60 deg C. Beverage cooler was at 3-4 deg C. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. General sanitation was satisfactory. Some areas of floor in the back requires attention. ** Keep personal items in a container and away from food and equipment storage. ** Put microwave on proper counter top. Discuss with City of Abbotsford regarding power supply, more counter space, equipment, etc.
