The follow up inspection and the following violations have been corrected: -The low temperature dishwasher supplied with 100ppm chlorine concentration -Test strips are available Just keep the record for the daily chemical concentration for low temp dishwasher. - Wiping clothes stored in approved sanitizer - walls/floors in the kitchen food preparation have been cleaned Thank you for your attention.
