The following items have been observed: -->Paper towel in dispenser is now available at all handwashing stations -->Paper towel dispensers run smoothly so that paper towel can be taken out easily -->A new chest freezer has been purchased to replace the old freezer by dishwashing sinks. Temperature is measured to be -17.8oC. -->Another new chest freezer has been purchased to replace the old one by prep line. Temperature is measured to be -15.6oC. -->A screen door has been added to the back door -->Areas that require cleaning are now in sanitary condition -->Old dough sheeter has been removed from facility -->A new dough sheeter has been purchased. Please ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed. Note: Operator should start looking into replacing chipped or cracked tiles in kitchen area. *No signature is required at this time.
