Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): hot water knob for washroom handwash station was broken. No hot water available at this handwash sink.
Operator stated that a plumber has been called and for the time being staff are using handwash station in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the handwash station and ensure that staff have access to hot water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all handwash stations at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member answered phone for a customer and proceeded to make pizza without washing hands.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed handwashing with staff. Ensure that hands are washed after being contaminated, touching face/hair/nose/mouth, after touching phones and other non-food equipment and surfaces, etc.

=Walk-in cooler (2C), prep cooler bottom (3C) and top (4C) measured < 4 degrees C
=2 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method
=spray bottles of sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Staff hygiene was satisfactory at the time of inspection

Facility has removed walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. replaced with larger walk-in cooler. built as discussed previously with operator. facility renovation accepted.
