Follow up to report # MBEK-CRUV8J. All hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Front area (pizza) preparation cooler measured 2 degrees C (below) and 4 degrees C (above). Accurate thermometer in place. Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date. Equipment and utensils are stored in clean condition. Food is protected from potential contamination. Food is covered, raw animal products such as eggs and meat are not stored above ready-to-eat foods, no open cans of food observed. Chemicals are not stored in food areas (chemical storage in washroom). Premises has been cleaned since the last inspection. Level of sanitation has improved.
