Observation: Weather strip on the back door is worn out. Light can be seen through the bottom door.
Corrective Action(s): Replace worn out weather strip on the door leading out to the garbage disposal area. Correct by next routine inspection.

Comments

Hand wash stations were provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
-Ensure to re-install broken wall-mounted soap dispenser at the hand sink located in the middle of the service counter.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm (buckets and spray bottles).
Freezers registered at or below -18 deg C.
Coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for burger patties, chicken strips, mushroom, gravy, chili was at or above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was well maintained.
All foods were stored off the floor and covered.
Back storage area was organized.
Staff were wearing clean uniform and hair restraint.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Floors, ceiling and counter tops were maintained in sanitary condition.
Staff and public washrooms were clean.
Pest control in place.
Note: Baby changing station now installed in the women's washroom.
