Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RWOG-CRBT8T of Apr-28-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Ice nozzle area on new combined Pepsi/Coca-Cola machine has some mould growth. Correction: Staff are responsible for cleaning the nozzle itself, and machine technician is responsible for parts inside machine. Consult with technician on how to keep this area clean and sanitary between visits, or have the technician visit more often.
