All outstanding items from previous inspection report dated April 23, 2019 have been corrected. Hand sink faucet has been replaced and in good working order. All food items in the coolers were covered properly. Food premises now maintained in sanitary condition. Walk-in cooler floor as well as kitchen and dining area floor had been cleaned (grime and build up removed). Ensure to follow your cleaning schedule and Sanitation Plan to maintain premises in sanitary condition. Thank you for your effort and cooperation. New items to address (by May 31, 2019): 1. Replace broken door seals of the prep line cooler. 2. Install weather stripping (top and bottom) on the metal screen door for the back to prevent entry of pests.
