Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous foods (steak, pork, ham, chicken, cappicolo, chorizo) stored in line cooler stored above 4C. Temperature of product was 12.8C - 15.4C
Corrective Action(s): -Operator unsure how long product had been >4C. Potentially hazardous foods which were >4C were discarded by Operator. Ensure potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4C or colder. Monitor to ensure temperature is maintained.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizzas stored in front display at 28.5 - 34.4C. Time controls not in place.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded 4.5 pizzas at the time of the inspection. Potentially hazardous food must be maintained at >60C or at 4C or colder. In future, increase temperature so that pizza in display is held at 60C or higher. This has been a repeat issue and needs to be addressed to ensure ongoing compliance.
