Pest control services have been upgraded since previous inspection -Smoothie/coffee station and adjacent handsink have been identified as hot spots for previous cockroach activity - the equipment and surrounding surfaces have been cleaned. -Smoothie machine removed and returned to manufacturer for deep cleaning. -Cleaning schedules have been revised to address gaps in sanitation program. -Ensure all action items of terms of pest proofing or gaps in sanitation are acted upon quickly, that are identified by pest control. -Ensure premise sanitation is maintained at a high level on a daily basis.
