ITEMS CORRECTED: - Raw meat chopped now chopped on cutting board on tray and on folding table. No longer cut on cutting board on tray on top of garbage container. NOTE: Food is NEVER to be prepared on top of the garbage regardless if there is a separation. The garbage IS NOT a table top or work surface. - Sanitizer solution in kitchen area - - Rodent droppings removed in back storage room and area cleaned. Mall notified by Health Inspector. Additional Traps observed today
