Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labeled as bleach water sanitizer (and confirmed verbally) contained no detectable chlorine bleach. No other food contact surface sanitizer available in spray bottle(s) / bucket(s).
Corrective Action(s): Contents discarded. Bottle was filled with 100 ppm chlorine bleach santizer at time of inspection. Ensure a food contact surface sanitizer (e.g. bleach water at 100 to 200 ppm) is available at all times during operations for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pail containing clear plastic bags that appear used was observed near dishwashing area. It was stated that bags are reused to cover dough.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Plastic bags are not designed to be washed and santized for reuse and must be used only once then discarded.

Food is covered and stored off the floor.
Hand washing stations (front, kitchen, and staff washroom) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs. Bleach water sanitizer available in sanitizing compartment at 100 ppm.
Stored equipment and utensils are in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection (certificate for staff on site valid to March 16, 2024).
