-Alll handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
-Walk-in cooler is at 3.1 deg C
-Walk in freezer at -14 deg C
-All other coolers at 4 deg C or less (ensure to keep sandwich prep cooler lid closed when not in use)
-Foods in coolers/freezers covered
-All hot holding units are at or above 60 deg C
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72 deg C at the plate level after the final rinse cycle.
-QUATS sanitizer dispenser at 3 comp sink and in rag buckets at 200 ppm QUATS
-Plugs available for 3 comp sink
