Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Hand sink near ice cream station did not have liquid soap. Operator mentioned that battery at this soap dispenser had died and needed to be replaced. It was explained that soap must be available at ALL hand washing stations at ALL times
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL hand washing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels at ALL times. Operator purchased batteries for dispenser during inspection

Observation: * Some delivery food items were left on prep counter and staff trying to prep for banquet area were left to work on counter with multiple food items and potential for cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food prep counters kept organized and maintained so that food handlers can prepare food safely

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: * Some areas in kitchen still showing signs of build up of grime/debris around doorways and under some equipment. This is unsanitary and has been discussed with operator/staff in past inspections. Operator/manager took a bucket of sanitizer and brush and was able to show that the build up of grime/debris can be removed and cleaned in short period of time.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas properly cleaned and sanitized to remove ALL build up of grime/debris in kitchen including doorways, etc. and maintained
