Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed no sanitizer solution readily available, warm water in bucket used for sanitizing surfaces.
2. Observed QUATs sanitizing solution dispensing from 3 compartment sink to be registering below 200ppm, at 100ppm when tested.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure surface sanitizer is readily available for sanitizing surfaces and at the proper concentration.
Correct by: Immediately. Surface sanitizer solution added to bucket for use.
2. Sanitizing solution container for 3 compartment sink switched during inspection. New solution registering at approximately 200ppm.

Observation: Observed sanitizer dispenser for QUATs solution not dispensing adequate levels of sanitizer to allow for proper sanitization of equipment/utensils.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer dispenser is fixed/adjusted to allow for the proper concentration to sanitize equipment/utensils.

Sanitizer solution changed and dispensing stronger concentration of QUATs. Contact technician to ensure unit is functioning as required.
