Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BFXUE9: - General sanitation satisfactory. - The backholding cooler is now measured at 4C at the time of the inspection. There was a working thermometer inside the cooler. Ensure to monitor the temperature of this cooler and all other coolers/freezers/hot holding units daily. - Cold potentially hazardous food items can now be stored in the backholding cooler. - Daily temperature logs kept up to date. - Working thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
