Observation: During time of inspection, various sweets and chaat observed not covered or protected from contamination
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure at any open containers are covered
- Tight fitting lids or plastic wrap can be used to protect food from contamination

Observation: During time of inspection, rodent droppings were observed in the following areas:
1. on some dishes and inserts near low temperature dishwasher
2. on some sheet pans stored under dishwasher
3. on pizza boxes located in the back corner of facility
4. on some shelving located in the back of facility
5. detected on some hard to reach areas of facility
Upstairs no longer has storage of any kind.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Any affected foods must be discarded (One box of chaat discarded during time of inspection)
2. All rodents droppings must be removed from facility and areas sanitized
3. All dishes/ utensils and equipment must be adequately cleaned and sanitized
4. Any entry points must be blocked and sealed (with hard wire mesh, steel wool or 'Pest Block Spray Foam'
5. Operator must increase pest control measures
6. Operator and staff must inspect, clean, maintain and sanitize frequently

2. Ensure to keep facility in good sanitary condition, degrease, clean and wipe down equipment, containers and surfaces on frequent basis.
