Observation: Discovered that premises has no hot water. Temperature at taps measured at 19-25C. Manager informed me that a serviceman had already been called and is expected shortly to service hot water tank. Dishwasher was turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Closure Order issued at time of inspection. Manager posted closure signs and redirected deliveries to other locations.
Premises to remain closed until hot water is available at all sinks and hi temp dishwasher reaches the required minimum wash and sanitization temperatures.

No hot water available onsite. Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are unable to be adequately cleaned and sanitized. Hot water not available for foodhandlers to wash hands adequately.

Food service establishment is to close immediately until an adequate and continuous supply of hot water is available onsite at all sinks and dishwasher.
