Observation: Noted staff with gloves touching everything, and washing gloves once get dirty??
Corrective Action(s): -Staff to be fully trained re: personal hygiene, change gloves frequently - wash hands and put a new pair of gloves any time gloves get contaminated or any change of duties

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: No sanitizer detected ( 2 runs).
Correction: Repair the machine to provide adequate sanitizer at rinse cycle.Sanitizer bucket was full but nothing dispensing??

In the meantime, wash dishware using the dishwasher, sanitize all dishware by soaking in bleach solution >100 ppm for 2 minutes and then air dry in dish racks.

*** more cleaning is required for kitchen ( walls, behind cooking equipment, cooler and freezers door- dishwashing sink ( wall and around)
*** Dishwasher needs repair too much fome noted at rinse cycle - chemical connection might be a problem - send a report to the area inspector
*** Food storage was still problem- corrected at time of inspection with direction- ensure to train all staff re: food storage
*** Discussed having more food safe trained staff and training all staff re: personal hygiene, food safety and sanitation.

Submit an action plan to address all noted issues in this report along with pictures of correction ( sanitation), with report form repair person ( dishwasher) by max tomorrow via email to the area inspector.
