Follow up inspection conducted: Sanitation has greatly improved throughout the kitchen. The following areas have been addressed: -Buckets stored by back door are clean, did not observe any food debris on them -No flies observed on premises -Upright cooler across from 3 compartment sink was very clean, racks and the floor of the cooler are free of debris and have been scrubbed -Stainless steel counter top across ovens was also thoroughly cleaned and did not have any debris As discussed with staff on site, there must always be at least one person with FoodSafe level 1 on site at all times, per BC's Food Premises Regulation. Thank you
