-Ensure that temperature records are kept every day. -Recommend pest proof containers for all foods in dry storage. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Discussed glove usage with staff on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
