-Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted this morning. -Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Operator stated professional pest control services will return for a follow-up inspection tomorrow. -Report states sticky monitoring traps re-installed, kitchen baited for cockroach activity, snap traps set for rats. Report also states ceiling has moderate to heavy levels of activity. -General cleaning has been carried out to facility. All droppings have been removed and areas affected by rodent droppings have been sanitized. -All food contact surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. -All equipment and utensils have been washed and sanitized. -Continue to monitor for pest activity. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued on October 26, 2018 have been met. Closure Order has been rescinded, facility is given health approval to resume operations. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
