101 - Plans/construction/alterations not in accordance with the Regulation [s. 3; s. 4]
Observation: Without health approval, corporate facility has undergone renovations, with the addition of new equipment for new food services offered. General Manager was informed as not to make any changes to facility without seeking health approval from Fraser Health. This Manager was advised to provide floor plans for contemplated changes outlining what food equipment was to be removed, moved, and/or added.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately provide a minimum of 2 copies of current kitchen area floor plans; a detail of why these changes were made, what equipment if any was removed, what equipment if any was moved, and what equipment if any was added. Your facility has until 10 am on October 5, 2016 to provide this information to Fraser Health. Failure to comply will result in enforcement actions.
