Hot holding unit - measured food temperature at 72C Pre-made sandwiches - made at the main kitchen and it will be grilled at this location Had wash station - supplied with hot and cold running water As we discussed last year: install the screen at the front serving station - the site will be closed in October so until next year reopening to be completed ( violation 305 ) Since one food handler is on the site, please ensure to wash your hands between serving the food and receiving payments.
