Silverfish and food debris removed behind chest freezers. Cleaning completed for refrigeration units. Duct tape removed from stove top. Meat slicer is maintained Adequate chlorine sanitizer. Discussed to have more cleaning behind the reach in cooler/freezer and storage shelf as mice droppings were also noticed.
