Observation: Pool of standing water observed on floor to right of utility sink.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Sandwich prep cooler at 2 to 4 degrees C. Scoop handles are stored outside of food product.
- Under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C
- Beverage cooler at 2 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -21 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures (meatballs, soup) measured at greater than 60 degrees C
- General food storage satisfactory. Food is stored off the floor and portioned items are covered and dated.
- Hand washing stations (front, back) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Observed proper hand washing and glove use by staff
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispenser and in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
- Staff able to demonstrate proper manual warewashing procedures at three compartment sink. Three sink plugs available.
- No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Temperature records are well maintained
