Corrective Action(s): -Ensure all food is in pest proof containers to protect from contamination as well as monitor the area daily to ensure food has not become contaminated as well as clean and disinfect the area. -Ensure the shelves by the floor are fully cleaned and disinfected as well as the rolling flour bins. by Oct 16/23 -Pest control currently comes once a month, monitor situation in basement and ensure pest control is increase if the problem persists.
