General:
> Handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> 200ppm chlorine solution available for sanitizing.
**Please ensure wiping clothes remain submerged in solution at all times.
> 200ppm QUATS solution available from wall dispense at 3 compartment sink.
> Dishwasher currently not in use since start of pandemic. Facility is using single-use supplies for serving, and relying on manual warewashing for equipment/utensils.
> Good storage practices of food - all covered and protected from contamination.
> Ice machine no longer in use.
> 3-door undercounter cooler no longer in use.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> Vent hoods maintained in sanitary condition. Next cleaning scheduled for June 22, 2022.
> Health permit posted.

Note: strong odour is emitting from the front cashier area by handsink. Operator is aware and plumbing issues have been identified - facility is in the process of rectifying the issue. In the meantime, it is recommended that the handsink and plumbing in this area be used more often to avoid keeping stagnant water in the pipes that is emitting the smell.
