Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 2 hand washing stations located in the process area and 1 hand washing station located in the cheese processing cooler were not provided with hot/cold running water.
Correction: Service the aforementioned hand washing station to ensure hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Every hand washing station must be free of obstruction. Correct by: March 20, 2020.

- All 3 hand washing stations located in the processing plate had been serviced and provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- No other concerns noted at the inspection.
