Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Rice scooper left on the counter. No time tracking, staff informed that scoppers are typically cleaned and sanitized after lunch rush (1 hour) and then left there till dinner service. No freezer in units and no ice.
Correction: Discussed to buy an additional rice scooper. Clean and sanitize the scooper every 4 hours at minimum.

Small sandwich cooler in the front is now operating at 4C. Cooler is also not packed, please maintain the cooler this way.
Rice scooper is placed in reach in cooler next to rice cooker and is able to be maintained at 4C.
Butter and cranberry sauce left in the cooler.
Produce cooler in the back was left opened overnight as per staff. Temperature is at 4C.
->display thermometer still required in this unit
Ceiling light replaced.
No soup on stove at time of inspection.
Cleaning in the back dishpit area has been done, no signs of pest noted anymore.
Staff took a photo of foodsafe certificate.
