Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed cardboard duct taped to chest freezer against kitchen wall to prevent utensils from falling behind the freezer; cardboard is close to food contact surface as the freezer is located in the prep area
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the cardboard and duct tape as they are not suitable contact surface for food. If needed, place a non-absorbent, easily cleanable, sturdy material to serve its purpose.

no sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
*few food items in the cooler were not suitable for consumption and were thrown out immediately; premises was closed for 2 weeks prior to opening today*
