-Renovations have taken place without prior health approval. Submit floor plans for the front area within 2 weeks.
Note: Discontinue using the walk-in cooler for plating foods on boards with wax paper since there is no hand washing sink inside that room. Alternatively, the 2-compartment sink in the back can be used.

No changes to the foods served.
The glasswasher had a 50 ppm chlorine residual.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Beer lines are cleaned every 2-3 weeks.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
