2 compartment sink has liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual
Bleach sanitizer in rag bucket by dish pit area at 100 ppm chlorine residual. Ensure to keep rags in this bucket when not in use.
Walk in cooler: 3.7 deg C
Prep cooler across stove at 3.6 deg C (inserts half filled)
No signs of pests
Foods in coolers are covered
Staff on site has valid FoodSafe certificate.


Bar Area
Bar has handsink: soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available
Alcohol walk in cooler at 3.8 deg C
Glasswasher achieved 12.5 ppm iodine residual, staff have test strips available

COVID-19:
Discussed with operator about creating a COVID-19 safety plan. This is required. As well, there must be no tables with more than 6 people at a table. When seating patrons, patrons from different groups must be seated 2 meters minimum from each other.
