Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection staff washroom hand sink not provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.

Observation: Boxes of gur and vinegar stored in the staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store food products in the staff washroom. Ensure all food products are protected from contamination. Correct immediately.

Observation: Mouse droppings again observed in the back storage/receiving area.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the back stoarge/receiving area. Reorganize this area and store all food products at least 6" off the floor. Have pest control technician place mechanical traps which are accessible for inspection. Correct immediately.

Observation: The following areas require a thorough cleaning:
- Corner to the right of the 2 door freezer.
- Underneath and behind all shelves in the back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Correct by August 22, 2019.

Observation:
- Staff washroom hand sink counter in poor structural condition. Counter damaged and has what appears to be mould growth,
- Condensation water leaking from piping line of the fan unit for the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s):
- Replace the entire counter and install a basin. Ensure all equipment and surfaces are in good working order. Correct by September 12, 2019.
- Service the leak from the pipe of the fan unit for the walk in cooler. Correct immediately.

Discussed with operator the current poor state of the building. Operator to first start with replacement of the damaged hand sink in the staff washroom. Further non compliance with structural issues may result in the issuance of tickets or closure.
