Downstairs:
General sanitation satisfactory. Drain area near syrup dispensers is a potential breeding area for flies. Please implement a nightly cleaning routine to clean & disinfect the floor drain.

New coffee area:
Hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Coffee dumping sink to be verified in floor plans. Sink is very difficult to access due to small size and equipment placement.
All milk, smoothie, beverage coolers ranged from 0C to 2C
Kitchen:
Note: equipment behind tills has been completely removed.

Dishwasher rinse water found at 50ppm chlorine sanitizer
Drive through window cooler used only for staff lunches. OK
General sanitation good, no evidence of pests
Washrooms checked - biohazard sharps containers were replaced this morning. Both were found <1/4 full |
