Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Door seal broken on 2 door standing cooler (eggs, cream, cheese, overflow smoothie fix) resulting in 1 door frequently popping open and product temperature increasing. At start of inspection, some product temperatures as high as 14C

2) Numerous food products at prep line found with expired stamps or absent of time stamps.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Door manually shut by EHO, after 20min temperature back down to 1C

2) Products with expired stamps or no stamps were discarded voluntarily. Product refreshed and new stamps printed.
NOTE: Use either the stamp board OR put stamps directly on product. Decide which method to go with, and be consistent.

Observation: Door seal broken on two door standing cooler (cheese, cream, eggs, etc).
Rubber edging broken off of ice machine door.

Note: photographs taken of equipment relocation and addition. To be verified with approved floor plans.
As noted in previous inspections, an inspection is required to confirm renovations/ changes have occurred as per approved floor plans.
Downstairs:
General sanitation satisfactory. Drain area near syrup dispensers is a potential breeding area for flies. Please implement a nightly cleaning routine to clean & disinfect the floor drain.
Walk in freezer (near ramp) -18C

Note: an unknown leak or spill found in the back of the maintenance room. Please clean and repair as needed.
New coffee area:
Hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Coffee dumping sink to be verified in floor plans. Sink is very difficult to access due to small size and equipment placement.
All milk, smoothie, beverage coolers ranged from 0C to 2C
Kitchen:
Note: equipment behind tills has been completely removed.
Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Two door standing cooler 1C
Freezers ranged from -8C (hamburger patties) to -23C (fry dispenser)
Coolers ranged from 2C (lettuce cooler near deep fryers) to 5C (newly installed draws at front, and below burger prep station)
Sanitizer on site 100ppm chlorine
Dishwasher rinse water found at 50ppm chlorine sanitizer
Drive through window cooler used only for staff lunches. OK
General sanitation good, no evidence of pests
Washrooms checked - biohazard sharps containers were replaced this morning. Both were found <1/4 full
