Observation: Flooring in front of fryers is not in good condition. Tiles appear to have been replaced, but have not been grouted. Grease and food debris is building up between tiles.
Corrective Action(s): All flooring must be smooth and cleanable. Ungrouted tiles are not cleanable. Please repair flooring in this area. Correct by October 27th.
