- Food in pot noted cooling on the floor.
- Light covers missing on tube lights in kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): - Only prepare food in areas where there is a drop-down ceiling.
- Items that are cooling must be protected from contamination. Do not cool on the floor.
- Provide light covers for all lights in food preparation areas.
