A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -15C or colder; and thermometers present. A new, double-door, upright freezer installed and the three chest freezers will be removed, once the upright freezer is turned on and calibrated. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All repackaged foods have proper labels on them. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - Salsa and Mexican sour cream (sour cream, lime & salt) made on-site. All in order. - General sanitation level is good. Domestic dishwasher with a sanitizing cycle present for warewashing. Sanitizing cycle setting used. - No signs of pests. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; stored in groups; and stored 6" off the floor on racks or shelves. - No expired foods in use or for sale. - All in order.
