- Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
- All cooler units are at or below 4C. Cold storage is good
- Freezer unit is at -17C
- Temperature logs are maintained - no concerns noted
- 3 compartment sink used appropriately
- QUAT sanitizer from 3 compartment and in spray bottles achieves 200ppm QUAT
- Dry storage is good
- No signs of pest activity
- Permit is posted
